Location: Hybrid - Head Office based in Denton, with occasional travel to other sites

Are you passionate about people and want to make a real difference in a values-driven organisation? We're looking for a dynamic and proactive People Advisor to join our client's collaborative HR team.

In this hybrid role, you'll provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of services. You'll play a key role in employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, and supporting business change—helping shape a positive employee experience and great place to work.

What you'll be doing:

* Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.

* Advising managers on sickness absence and liaising with Occupational Health to support employee wellbeing.

* Supporting on service restructures, TUPE processes, and redundancy consultations.

* Collaborating with People Business Partners on data insights and reporting to inform HR strategies.

* Contributing to recruitment, policy development, training delivery and staff engagement initiatives.

* Managing and developing the iTrent HR system and supporting People Services Administrators.

What we're looking for:

* A confident HR professional with sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

* Experience managing ER cases, advising on policies, and supporting change processes.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

* Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.

* A passion for employee wellbeing, engagement and continuous improvement.
