A Repairs team in a South London Housing Association is passionate about improving lives through responsive maintenance. They are looking for a dedicated Repairs Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role.

As a Repairs Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for residents and contractors regarding repair and maintenance issues. You will handle incoming calls, log repair requests, and coordinate with contractors to ensure repairs are completed promptly and to high standards. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our residents receive efficient, dependable service for all maintenance needs.

You'll start with a full-time, 5-day-a-week schedule at there office to immerse yourself in our team and processes. Over time, there may be flexibility to move to a 4-day office-based week, depending on performance and business needs
