Package: £24K-27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

They work in the extremely lucrative markets and most Graduates earn £35K+ in their first year which is considerably more than the industry standard. • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients

• Meeting clients and candidates face to face

• Account Management

• Interviewing candidates

• Building relationships with existing and new clients

• 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Year Sales Experience
