Senior Technical and Design Manager - Eastleigh

Salary - £70k + Car Allowance (£5280) + Package

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 4 days onsite + 1 day WFH

Senior Technical and Design Manager - TXM are currently looking for a permanent Senior Technical and Design Manager to work within a facilities management company overseeing their data centres and critical environment projects.

Senior Technical and Design Manager duties -

* Ensure accurate compilation of design documents

* Guarantee client design objectives are met

* Leading technical solutioning and guidance on project deliverables

* Managing the end-to-end process in the development of accurate & comprehensive design drawing packages from initial design through to As Fitted drawings.

* Develop design solutions in adherence to regulatory compliance and best practice methodologies.

* On “live” projects undertake with the operational team onsite reviews to ensure quality standards and adherence to design are being met.

Senior Technical and Design Manager specifications -

* Experience working on data centres or critical environments (MUST)

* Experience in CDM Projects in construction and building services

* Experience in complexed and technically challenging environments

* Full UK Driving Licence

* CSCS Card
