Role - Maths Teacher

Location - Swale

Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking a highly skilled Maths teacher for a good comprehensive school in the Swale area. The role is for a January 2025 start until the end of the academic year with the option of permanent from September 2025. The salary is between £31,650 and £49,084 - full time!

The role:

* Deliver high quality Maths lessons to students of varying abilities across KS3 and KS4

* Create dynamic lessons that promote active learning and critical thinking

* Provide individualised support to students to ensure academic success

* Attend Departmental meetings and parents evenings when required

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience as a Maths Teacher in a secondary school environment

* Strong subject knowledge

* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

* Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible

* Legal right to work in the UK
