We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team at a prestigious educational institution in Harrow. As a Lecturer in Business, you will teach across a range of courses, focusing on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including BTEC First, National and Higher National Diplomas, Access to HE, and T Levels.

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across various Business courses.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum and student needs.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to enhance the course offerings.
• Engage with students to motivate and inspire them to achieve their educational goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Utilise IT and digital tools to enhance the learning experience for students.

• A degree in Business or a related area.
• Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and IT skills.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous, but not required as support will be provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
