Description
- Provide debt management advice to clients in a respectful and understanding manner.
- Develop personalised debt management plans in accordance with client's financial situation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless client support.
- Liaise with external agencies as necessary to assist in debt resolution.
- Keep abreast of changes in debt management policies and regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
Profile
A successful Debt Management Case Worker should have:
- MaPS Qualification - Desirable.
- Proven expertise in a customer service role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Excellent knowledge of debt management strategies and financial counselling.
- Strong communication skills to deliver complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
