Pertemps are currently hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team based in Hatfield.
What you will be doing -
Maintaining excellent health and safety practices.
This role is a mix of store deliveries in central London, Trunking to depots.
Manual handling is required for this role.
Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.What you will need -
You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
Maximum of 6 points.
Complete a driver assessment and two-day induction.What you can expect -
Pay Rate: £20.66p/h - OT: £27.89 (paid after 46.25 worked)
Hours: 46.25 hours per week with various start times.
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday /Thursday - Monday / Friday - Tuesday
