Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of our clients organisation. Your main duties will include:

* Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

* Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

* Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching and support to managers and employees.

* Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

* Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

* Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards.

* HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven HR Experience: Extensive experience in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
