The Cordia Collective, founded by Michelin Green Start Chef, Chantelle Nicholson has launched at Borde Hill Gardens in Haywards Heath. The first phase, our micro-bakery, Baked by Cordia, is looking for a passionate chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to expand their knowledge of baking while working with exceptional produce and embracing a nature-led approach to cooking.
