Experienced, highly motivated and proactive Building Manager required to ensure the smooth day to day running of a super luxurious residential development situated East Finchley/Highgate area. The Building Manager will be the main point of contact for the residents and will be required to deal with all their enquiries regarding the site and directly manage a team of 24 hour concierge staff. Duties will include liaising with the Property Manager to ensure all relevant information is communicated, dealing effectively with any complaints and escalating where necessary, supervising contractors on site, holding and issuing keys in accordance with policy, ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy at all times, complying with all Health and Safety regulations, and carrying out daily inspections of the building and submitting weekly reports. The Building Manager should have knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards for the industry, leadership skills and understanding of HR Practices and Procedures in the capacity of a Team Leader, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be proficient with MS Office. Must have a strong proven track record of having worked in a high end environment before with VIP interaction on a regular basis. MUST have a UK driving licence and be a confident driver to undertake occasional valet parking services for the residents
