Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out groundworks and excavation tasks in housing projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain machinery and tools as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundworks, particularly in housing projects.
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Own and wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
