Deputy Home Manager
Location: Knutsford (WA16)
Salary: £25.00 per hour - £52,000 per annum + paid breaks and benefits
Hours: Full Time - Days - 40 hours - 8am to 4pm shifts

Time Recruitment is searching for a Deputy Home Manager with prior experience as a Senior Nurse or Deputy Home Manager to work at our client's elegant Victorian residency based closely to Knutsford Town Centre.

The group is an award winning having received the top 20 large care home group award for the past 3 years and is a family run organisation who are renowned for staff development, inclusion and diversity.

This home boasts a 'good' CQC rating in all five categories and is ran by a highly experienced nurse qualified manager; your role will be to work alongside her as a Deputy Home Manager working alongside their skilled and longstanding team!

The service has 48 beds at maximum occupancy and offers residential care, residential dementia care, general nursing, palliative care and dementia nursing but the home specialises in end of life/palliative care.

As a Deputy Home Manager you will oversee the nursing team and support all the staff in work collaboratively alongside completing the following tasks:

* Clinical governance and auditing
* Staff development
* Rota planning and skill mixing
* Assisting with CQC preparation
* Assisting with assessments
* Resident care
* Family liaison
