Job Title: Senior D365 Business Central Developer
Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior D365 Business Central Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You'll play a key role in developing and customising solutions to meet our business needs, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and other developers to enhance system functionality and performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain customisations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC / NAV) using AL language and Visual Studio Code

• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal applications via APIs and web services

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple environments

• Support system upgrades, data migrations, and deployment of new functionality

• Follow best practices in source control, testing, and DevOps for Business Central

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers if needed

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV development

• Strong experience in AL and C/AL development, Visual Studio Code, and Git

• Solid understanding of Business Central architecture, extensions (v2), and event-driven programming

• Experience with APIs, web services, and integration tools

• Good knowledge of financial and operational business processes (finance, warehousing, inventory, etc.)

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
