My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be predominantly office based in the Telford office and have experience with BIM/Revit.

Salary - £35k - £40k depending on experience

Responsibilities:-

* Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4m within 24mths.

* Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts.

* Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships

* Measure, report and understand customer 'value' - Enquiry win rate, year-on-year revenue, customer retention/loss

* Develop & implement effective sales & marketing strategies.

* Manage marketing campaigns, analyse and report results.

* Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to the Directors Manage existing sales resource and identify additional requirements in line with targets and sales performance

* Ideally with BIM / Revit experience
