We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for providing high-quality care to adults, particularly those living with dementia. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin, demonstrating a high level of nursing competency and professional dedication.
  • Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable, showcasing a special interest and expertise in this area of nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and efficient care delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring quick and effective responses to challenging situations.
  • Current knowledge of nursing practices and techniques, staying updated with the latest advancements in healthcare.


As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing attentive and compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with empathy and understanding.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' condition and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans accordingly, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Educating and supporting patients and their families in understanding and managing their health conditions, offering emotional support and valuable resources.
  • Upholding the highest standards of infection control and patient safety, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Contributing to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
