The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin, demonstrating a high level of nursing competency and professional dedication.
- Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable, showcasing a special interest and expertise in this area of nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and efficient care delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring quick and effective responses to challenging situations.
- Current knowledge of nursing practices and techniques, staying updated with the latest advancements in healthcare.
As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include: - Providing attentive and compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with empathy and understanding.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
