anzuk education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant/LSA to work at schools in and around the Southampton area. Ideally to work full/part time in either Primary or Secondary.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and engaging students in their learning

*

Maintaining a positive learning environment

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere

Supporting the educational progress of our students

Have good behaviour management skills to manage the classroom in line with the schools policies

*

Be willing to cover a lesson if necessary.

Experience within a Classroom environment.
