Location: East Morton, Keighley
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible start between 7am - 7pm)
Salary: £15,000 FTE

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with compliance checks and maintaining accurate records

Answering queries from clients, consultants, and candidates

Identifying and escalating compliance issues when necessary

Supporting audits and compliance procedures

Learning to implement key compliance policies and processes

Communicating via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders

Gaining practical experience while studying for a Level 3 HR CIPD qualification

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience needed - just a willingness to learn!

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Basic IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

A proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset

A passion for professional growth and continuous learning
