Location - Commutable from Reading, Berkshire

Salary - £48,000 basic + Great package

Skills required for the role of Lead Engineer -

* Leading a small team of shift engineers

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment

* Developing the team

* Strong relationship building qualities

* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine effectiveness

* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

* Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
