Key Responsibilities:

Become an expert user of the Demand Planning system and SAP to manage the customer-SKU portfolio.
Lead conversations on future volume and sales forecasts for your accounts, ensuring accuracy
Manage New Product Development (NPD) forecasts collaboratively with the Deals team. Ensure regular communication with the operations team
Assist in business-level discussions about the demand plan and flagging deviations from targets.
Guide the sales team through monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
Manage the demand plan on a regular basis, communicating any changes, observations or issues to the Demand Manager and operations team as required
Own the baseline forecast maintaining an 18-month rolling horizon.
Hold monthly forecasting meetings with National Account Managers and validate each customer forecast.
Create and issue forecast variance and accuracy reports to account managers with root cause analysis.
Support account managers with promotional planning for their accounts.

Job Requirements:

Experience in supply chain planning, project management (in a supply chain manufacturing environment) or demand planning.
Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong project management skills and a results-focused mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for utilising technology for continuous improvement.
