Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all mechanical installations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
*
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
*
Oversee both office-based project management and on-site activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within the building services or engineering sector.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
*
Proven experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in the industrial or commercial sectors.
*
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
