Committed to delivering high-quality services and solutions, and due to expansion and the implementation of D365 throughout all of their sites they we are looking for a talented Technical Support Consultant/Specialist. What I'm looking for:I'm seeking a Technical Specialist with strong D365 knowledge to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad Technical resume with excellent knowledge within D365 F&O. Any experience with Sage and Salesforce, as well as CE would be beneficial. This role requires a proactive individual who can assist in upskilling junior team members while maintaining effective communication across departments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in D365 and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with junior members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with the Service Desk Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Travel across various sites as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of D365 is essential.
  • Experience with Sage and Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Background in CE and legacy systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with .NET and architectural concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong integration skills 
  • MUST BE able to drive and travel every few weeks to UK based sites
