Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects £50M+ Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, leading multidisciplinary teams to success If so, We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major project, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. You will be responsible for delivering complex, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects valued at £50M+, ensuring financial, operational, and contractual success.

Develop and execute robust project strategies, mitigating risks and driving efficiencies.

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across stakeholders, contractors, and clients.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing clear insights on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Champion a culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability.

About You

Proven experience managing large-scale projects (£50M+) in Construction working on Commercial, MOD/MOJ or Highrise

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to drive results, solve complex challenges, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.

Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management (e.g., PMP, RICS, APM)
