SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE (AUTOMATION)

Their objective is to gain an in-depth understanding of each customer through personalized marketing strategies, necessitating the addition of this CRM role.

THE ROLE

In the position of Senior CRM Executive, you will report to the CRM Manager and be part of a 7-member team, within a larger CRM/Automation team of 15. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop existing CRM automated programme for all members and non-members.
• Desiginging and building new automated campaigns to support customer and data insights.
• Use available data models and customer data to create personalised campaign.
• Test and learn to ensure campaigns drive the desired results, looking for new data models.
• Utilise segmentation techniques to select audiences to target campaigns to the right customers, within the appropriate channel.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed as a Senior CRM Executive, you should have:

• Experience in B2C environments, particularly with loyalty programs or rewards/benefit cards.
• Proficiency with any CRM system.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• A solid understanding and passion for marketing and CRM.
• A driven, challenge-oriented mindset.
