The Role
As a Business Development Director, you will:

* Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

* Represent the company professionally, selling a comprehensive range of fire and security products.

* Manage and develop the existing client portfolio to ensure retention and growth.

* Conduct fire and security audits at client premises, providing tailored recommendations.

* Build and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity through research and analysis.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

* Sales and business development experience within the fire and security industry.

* A strong network of industry contacts.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* A deep understanding of fire and security technologies and solutions.

* A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

* A valid driver's licence and the flexibility to travel as required.
