They are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.

As an Accounts & Tax Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting performance expectations and leading teams to meet them
• Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients, identifying needs and suggesting improvements
• Applying technical expertise in accounting and tax, interpreting laws, regulations, and standards for a diverse client portfolio
• Demonstrating strong communication skills when working with both clients and team members
• Reviewing the production of accounts for a range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
• Managing and reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff
• Assisting the partners with the growth of the business

• £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
