The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Tax Planning.
• Provide expert legal advice with a focus on client care and tailored solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop and grow the Private Client department.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
• Support business development initiatives, networking, and marketing activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical expertise in estate and tax planning, trusts, and probate matters.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience handling complex and high-value estates is desirable.
• Membership of STEP or working towards qualification would be an advantage.
