My client believes in the power of data to shape decisions, and are looking for a talented Reporting Analyst with strong Power BI and DAX skills to join their dynamic analytics team.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality data visualisations and analytical reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. Using your expertise in Power BI and DAX, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to better understand performance trends and make data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business intelligence needs across the organisation
• Use DAX and Power BI to create complex data models and perform advanced calculations to provide meaningful insights from large datasets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions
• Validate and test reporting outputs to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
• Document processes, create user guides, and train end-users to maximize the use and value of Power BI reports

We are keen to speak with Data professional who possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Developer, or in a similar analytical role
• Proven experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations and data modelling in Power BI
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
