The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. You'll take the lead in developing and executing strategies that generate high-quality employer referrals and drive sustainable business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and lead a robust referral strategy to support national contracts.
* Drive high-quality lead generation through proactive employer engagement.
* Ensure seamless onboarding and full compliance for all referrals.
* Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, admin, compliance) to streamline processes.
* Track and report on referral conversion rates and overall performance impact.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven track record in business development and hitting ambitious targets.
* Experience with Employability Programmes (e.g., ESFA/ASF), funding & eligibility rules.
* Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
* Data-driven mindset with solid IT and reporting skills.
* Confident communicator with persuasive presentation abilities.
* Commitment to exceptional customer service for both employers and learners.
