CNC Miller, Setter Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller, Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Ensure quality control and inspect finished products for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, Setter Operator.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Hours:

• 39 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM
• Friday: 8.00AM to 3.30 AM

Overtime is paid at time and a half - Good hours available
