Management Accountant | £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits | Full time in the office

We are currently recruiting for a multi-site business with over 100 sites in the UK as they look to bring on an established Management Accountant to join their expanding team. The business has gone from strength to strength and as a result, they are looking for a full or part-qualified accountant to join the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial reports and KPI analysis
• Manage month-end processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting
• Provide accounting guidance and support team development
• Monitor costs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency

About You:

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading a small team and working collaboratively
