We have a fantastic opportunity for a Office Administrator join our team based Birmingham - Aston Pride Community Health Centre
  • Hours of Work are part time 22.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 10:00 to 14:30
  • Pay £12.97 per hour
  • Training will be provided
About the role:

  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience and supervisory experience within a similar environment
