**Role Overview:**
The Project Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team, working directly with the Project Director and Senior Project Managers. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, from document management and participation in key meetings to managing logistics and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain project files and version control of documentation.
- Participate in key project meetings.
- Manage project submittals to external systems and stakeholders.
- Oversee the O&M process and logistics.
- Verify quality reviews before client release.
- Populate project trackers with base information.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Project Director.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (grades A-C or 4-9), including Maths and English.
- 2+ years in an administrative or project-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Familiarity with project management software like MS Project.
- Experience in a PMO/project environment.
- Technical awareness and experience with IT & SV systems.
- Financial management experience.
