As a Supply Teacher your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Continuously monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Ensure adherence to always safeguarding and child protection policies

The Key Requirements of a potential candidate are:

• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in secondary education, with subject specialisms being a plus.
• Strong ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
