Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintaining high standards of health and safety, conducting regular risk assessments and site inspections
Liaising with clients, direct delivery teams, and suppliers to coordinate project activities
Supervising site staff, providing leadership and direction to ensure high performance
Monitoring project progress, preparing and submitting regular reports to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Maximising resource utilisation to achieve project goals efficiently

Job Requirements:

Experience in site management within the water sector
A solid understanding of construction processes and water infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous
Relevant qualifications or certification in construction or a related field
