40 hours per week between 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday

£24,000 per annum
Our client, a leader in distribution services, is seeking a customer focused individual to join their busy team.
Main Tasks:
* Utilise the CRM system to collate records and track customer complaint resolutions
* Keep customers updated
* Deal with customer queries
* Oversee booking in of delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries
* Provide quotes to customers
Person Spec
* GCSE's at grade A - C in English Language and Maths or equivalent
* Previous experience of working within an office based customer focused environment
* Must be a team player
* Accurate Data entry skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work at pace
* The ability to prioritise your workload effectively
* Sound IT skills
