Are you a dynamic procurement professional with a passion for process improvement and analytics? If so, this is the perfect procurement opportunity for you.

This industry-leading Hospitality organisation is seeking a Procurement Processes and Analytics Manager to join their growing procurement function. This is a completely greenfield function where you'll have the unique opportunity to imprint your approach, be at the forefront of decision making and supporting the creation of best-in-class procurement and commercial processes on a global scale.

 You will play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement performance, efficiency, and effectiveness through the development and implementation of cutting-edge processes and digital solutions. You'll have autonomous end-to-end ownership of procurement processes, tools, training, and systems. Within this position you'll also have direct line management of two junior team members.

Procurement Processes and Analytics Manager Responsibilities:

Process Development and Improvement: Select, develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve procurement processes, digital solutions, and frameworks to enhance performance and adoption, including ownership of end-to-end S2P.
Data Management: Maintain procurement data in D365 and generate business analytics and reports.
Project Leadership: Lead procurement function development projects and transformation initiatives across Europe.
Training and Support: Organise and oversee training for team members in procurement systems, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across teams to promote procurement best practices, including GDPR, IT Security, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Anti-Corruption, and Bribery.
Risk Management: Assess and implement protocols to protect against procurement risks, fraud, and breaches.
Performance Reporting: Report accurate and timely procurement management information, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and sustainability metrics.   
What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in a procurement role centred around process improvement and analytics, ideally within large-scale, multicultural business environments.
Skills: Strong commercial knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and procurement technology trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Competencies: Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, translate data into actionable insights, and create meaningful messages for senior stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on strategic and tactical items.
Languages: Proficiency in European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German) is desirable, but not essential.
