Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - High-End Fit-Out

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of London's most luxurious projects?

A prestigious UK-based construction company, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) for a high-value, traditional fit-out project for a luxury fashion brand. The role will initially be office-based in Kings Cross, transitioning to the site office in Mayfair.

This project is currently in the pre-construction phase, with work starting in November and running until May 2026. The ideal candidate will have significant experience on similar projects, ideally from a main contractor background.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) will join a dynamic commercial team of six people, serving as the number two on site and reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in high-value, traditional fit-out projects. The SQS will be instrumental in managing costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring the project remains on budget and on schedule.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Significant experience working on similar high-value fit-out projects.
A proven track record and longevity in previous roles.
Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
