Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/Hybrid | £55 - 70,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst to join their team.

This is a brilliant time to be a joining a business going through substantial growth and you will gain exposure to multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will have an array of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

• Leading in monitoring and maintaining compliance with Lloyd's principles.
• Implementing compliance policies.
• Responsible for FCA returns.
• Providing training sessions to the business.
• Responsible in assisting the business on sanctions-related queries.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of the risk framework.
• Assisting in the annual and ad-hoc ORSA process and draft reports.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years risk & compliance experience.
• Must be from an insurance background - ideally Lloyd's & London market experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of the FCA handbook as well as Lloyd's principles.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels including senior management.
• Good level of IT literacy, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
