Electrical Trainer

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

An established Further education provider are looking to appoint an Electrical Trainer on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an quality team and work with their electrical apprentices both within the classroom and in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

- The candidate must have either an AM2, 2346, 2357, or 2356 relevant qualification

- The candidate must have a strong knowledge of electrical systems and principles, as well as practical application skills

- A teaching qualification would be desirable but is not essential

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality training to electrical apprentices, both theoretical and practical

- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance the learning process

- Regularly evaluate and monitor the progress of apprentices, providing constructive feedback

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the electrical industry to ensure the delivery of current and relevant teaching content.

For those without a teaching qualification, our client is willing to offer training to the right candidate if you have a strong electrical background.
