In the role you will ensure optimum customer satisfaction by providing first-class electrical and mechanical support. Your responsibilities will include repairing and refurbishing their range of packaging equipment and building strong relationships with their growing customer base. This position has a UK wide patch which includes nationwide travel with occasional overnight stays.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a Electrical or Mechanical background looking for the opportunity to join a leading packaging machinery and materials company with over 60 years of industry experience where you will receive benefits such as a company car and comprehensive training on their products.

The Role:

• Repairing and refurbishing electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the UK.
• Installing and commissioning packaging machinery at customer premises.
• Assisting customers with spare part inquiries, orders, and technical queries while on-site.

The Person:

• Electrical and Mechanical experience
• Field Service Engineer Background
• Willingness to travel around the UK nationwide with occasional overnight stays.
