Building & Services Manager - Secondary School, Ealing

T4S Education is currently recruiting for a Building & Services Manager to join a prestigious secondary school in Ealing, Greater London. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school's operations, with duties including:

* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

* Conducting Condition Surveys

* Preparing Work Specifications & Managing Tendering Processes

* Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Management

* Contractor & Project Management

* Health & Safety (H&S) Compliance

* Energy Management

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Buildings Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting.

* Strong leadership and project management skills.

* Comprehensive knowledge of M&E systems and health & safety regulations.

* Experience in managing contractors and overseeing projects from start to finish.

Benefits:

* Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

* 35 days holiday plus bank holidays.
