Our client's team is seeking a Swedish-speaking Careline Advisor to provide outstanding customer care and support to Nordic consumers across all contact channels. As the first point of contact for a diverse range of products, you will address queries and manage product-related complaints with empathy and professionalism.

You will work within a multi-skilled team, collaborating with subject matter experts and quality specialists to ensure customers receive the highest standard of service while adhering to company procedures.

This role requires fluency in Swedish, strong English communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a genuine desire to assist consumers with care and friendliness.

Skills Required:

Fluent in Swedish
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Swedish and English
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of consumers
Strong ownership of customer journeys, providing personalised solutions to resolve queries
Experience in customer care, preferably within the food industry
Interest in food and foods for special medical purposes
Proficiency in IT, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage

Please note that while the client's operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, and Saturday 10am - 5pm, your contracted hours will be Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm. Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.

Training and Development:
Comprehensive training will be provided, including all necessary systems and processes, along with ongoing support throughout the project. You will receive a full company induction covering essential areas such as data protection and soft skills training.
