Job Overview

You will enhance customer satisfaction by providing high-quality diagnostics and timely repairs of customer units, ensuring maximum uptime. This role involves working on-site in Surrey in our aftermarket team and travelling to depots for fault finding and repairs as needed. Responsibilities include on-site call-outs, maintenance repairs, and assisting the Aftermarket engineer with verifications and test requests. You'll also support production, build, and R&D activities.

Key Responsibilities

Track deliveries, missing parts, and ensure availability for projects
Update material planning data
Verify incoming goods and materials
Create kits for production builds and inspect parts
Ensure Health and Safety compliance in goods-in area
Conduct stocktakes and monitor stock shelf lifeQualifications & Experience

F-Gas certified
Proficiency with inventory management
Knowledge of warehouse health and safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
