Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Company: A high-performing IFA firm based in Central York looking to add a permanent, part-time Financial Planning Administrator to their adviser support team on a circa 24-hr p/w contract:

  • Office Location: Central York
  • Working Setup: 3 full-days, or 4-days around school hours (9.30am-2.30pm)
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - Up to 1-day WFH

Package: £25-30k base (FTE) + annual bonus and full company benefits:

  • 25 days holiday + stats (pro-rata)
  • Pension, DIS and lucrative annual bonus

The Role:The remit here is dedicated 1 to 1 support to a high-performing adviser across the breadth of administration and client support:

  • New business processing
  • Obtaining quotations
  • Prepare for client meetings by getting up to date valuations and to ensure the clients fact find has been updated and any business opportunities have been identified
  • Dealing with product provider and any technical queries coming in from clients
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is fully updated.
  • Support the Adviser in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with business assurance/management.

The Person: A private wealth focused administration support background is required here. Will best suit someone who enjoys working with advisers on a consultative 1:1 basis and needs the flexibility of part-time hours:

  • Essential: 2+ years’ Adviser Support experience processing investments and private pensions business
  • Preferred: Flexibility to be office-based at least 2-days per week
