Learning Specialist

We are currently looking for a Learning specialist to join our global IT sector company.

Essential skills:

• Xyleme Experience: Candidates should have experience with the Xyleme E-learning authoring tool, which is essential for reducing upskilling time and optimizing training processes.
• Communication & Stakeholder Interaction: Strong communication skills are required for effectively interacting with stakeholders, along with an interactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to bring creative ideas to the table.
• Experience & Project Management: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on end-to-end stakeholder management, planning, design, and implementation of projects.
• Global Exposure & Learning Design: Experience in managing global stakeholder interactions is a plus, along with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, learning design, and instructional design.
