Finance Manager

Design Studio | Remote | London | Full-Time OR Part-Time | 35 - 45k

An award-winning design studio are on the search for a sole book-keeper or finance assistant to support their growing business on a ongoing temporary basis.

With the option to work part-time or full-time and to work remotely this is a great opportunity offering lots of flexibility in exchange for an experience accountant who can support them during a busy period.

The Role - Finance Manager

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval
• Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain and update supplier records
• Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and month-end closing processes
• Prepare journals, perform accrual and prepayments
• Possibility to assist with preparing an MA pack depending on experience

The Person - Finance Manager

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems independently
• Strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy
• 2 years + working in a finance assistant or similar role
• A background working for a design studio or creative services environment is highly advantageous
