We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a team working on a prestigious landmark project in Central London.

This project is the refurbishment and fit out of a landmark hotel and is offering a long term career opportunity for the right candidate in a industry leading contractor.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on health and safety matters, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Coordinate health and safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on health and safety matters.

Requirements:

- NEBOSH Construction certificate as a minimum requirement.
- Grad or Tech IOSH membership preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, particularly in refurbishment projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
