After Sales Managers duties
* Support National Manager to maintain, improve, and communicate all aftersales processes.
* Managing team of aftersales administrators (approx. 3) who process spares enquiries/order & warranty claims
* Managing service engineer's requests/dairy
* Ensuring engineer reports are issued to customer in timely manor
* Invoicing site service to customers
* Handling warranty disputes
* Graded stock management
