📍 Location: Chandlers Ford
⏳ Duration: Temporary Contract (HR/ER Level 7)
💰 Pay: Competitive hourly rate

The Role: As an ER/HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations and HR processes, including:

✅ Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
✅ Managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
✅ Supporting managers with performance and capability issues
✅ Handling HR administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy
✅ Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

What We're Looking For: ✔ CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)

✔ Proven HR advisory or employee relations experience
✔ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
